“A Taste of Korea Cuisine”
Travel with us to the Korean Peninsula for a sampling of traditional cuisine. Our Chef, guide and host Ji Hyun Woo will test your palate and introduce you to the culture of Korea. We start with light appetizers including Oisen (stuffed cucumber), Saewoo Pajeon (Green Onion Pancakes with Shrimp) and Mandu (dumplings). The main dish will be a world famous traditional Korean dish Bibimbab (a variety of vegetables topping a bed of rice topped with an egg). For dessert, a traditional sweet Korean rice beverage called Sikhye will be served with Hangwa (Korean traditional sweet cookies), and Yujacha (Citron tea). We can anticipate some Korean music to spike the evening.
